Rustling
in the bushes
What can you hear?
As you walk along this path, hundreds
of creatures hide in the bush around you.
Listen carefully for a sudden rustle as
a small skink darts for cover. A slower, quieter rustle
might reveal a Bobtail Skink or a snake.
In the trees, thousands of insects
sing, click, buzz and chew. Birds call, flutter and snap
their beaks at passing insects.
